Join us for a catered lunch featuring a local startup. A long-time friend Kyle Ahlgren, co-founder of WeChi Foods, will share his story and sample products for us.
WeChi is an easy-squeezy, plant-based, fermented condiment. Kimchi puree in a pouch, this probiotic gut healthy food is traditional fermentation & flavor in a contemporary, easy-to-use format.
Squeeze it on your eggs in the morning or your sandwich at lunch. Yum! Toss it with edamame for a healthy afternoon snack. Grilled meats? Yes! What about a rice bowl or ramen? Now we’re talking!
